The villa is situated over three levels. On the ground level is the entrance, movie room and a state-of-the-art kitchen with all the requirements to satisfy any guests who is passionate about cooking. From the kitchen you enter the main living room with large windows offering breathtaking ocean views. There is a dining area, large lounge area with a fire place and large plasma TV. 
The family room leads onto an outside area with a sparkling swimming pool, outdoor dining table and lots of loungers and a day bed which you can relax on while soaking up the ocean and mountain views. 

There is a guest bedroom on the the ground level which has a queen size bed and is en-suite with a shower.
On the middle level are the other three bedrooms. When entering the main bedroom, you are immediately swept away but the ocean and mountain views. The bed is king size and the bedroom is en suite with a shower rand bath.
There are another two guests’ bedrooms on the middle floor each with queen side beds and both have ne-suite bathrooms.

On the top level is stairs leading up to a large deck area. The deck is perched above all the houses and has world class 360-degree views of the camps Bay Lions Lead and the Twelve Apostles. There are loungers and a dining area. There is a kitchenette and to top things off there is a brand-new sauna. Enjoy!
